By creating an account, accessing, or using the day.my platform and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Introduction

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account. If applicable laws in your jurisdiction require you to be older to use our services without parental consent, you must meet that age requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for everything posted from or associated with your account. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information during registration.

3. Usernames, Account Identifiers, and Handle Reclamation

3.1 No Ownership Rights
Usernames, display names, and profile URLs (collectively, “Account Identifiers”) are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership, proprietary interest, or intellectual property rights in any Account Identifier assigned to or selected by you.

3.2 Username Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct
When selecting an Account Identifier, you must comply with our policies. You agree not to register or use any Account Identifier that:

• Violates Intellectual Property: Infringes upon the trademarks, copyrights, or legal rights of any third party.
• Impersonates Others: Misleads or deceives others into believing you are another person, brand, organization, or public figure. Parody or fan accounts must be explicitly labeled as such in the bio and account name.
• Suggests Platform Affiliation: Contains terms reserved for platform administration, including but not limited to “admin,” “support,” “system,” “official,” or “verified,” unless explicitly authorized by us.
• Violates Safety Policies: Contains profanity, hate speech, offensive language, or promotes illegal activities.
• Exploits System Architecture: Utilizes technical routing terms, code injections, or terms that interfere with the operational functionality of the platform (e.g., “login,” “api,” “null”).

3.3 Right to Revoke, Modify, or Reclaim
We reserve the absolute right to deny, revoke, modify, reassign, or reclaim any Account Identifier at any time, for any reason, without prior notice and without liability to you. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving trademark disputes, platform safety, or system updates.

3.4 Inactive and Dormant Accounts
To ensure Account Identifiers remain available for the active community, we maintain an inactivity policy. If you do not log into your account or interact with the platform for a continuous period of 12 months, your account will be considered dormant. We reserve the right to reclaim your Account Identifier and recycle it for future users. Logging into your account resets this inactivity period.

3.5 Handle Squatting and Sale
You may not engage in “username squatting,” which includes registering Account Identifiers for the primary purpose of preventing others from using them or selling them to third parties. The buying, selling, trading, or auctioning of Account Identifiers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Platform Features, "Link in Bio", and Advertisements

4.1 Features and Links
day.my provides a space for users to post daily updates and consolidate external URLs via a "Link in Bio" feature. We do not monitor or endorse the external websites linked by our users. Clicking any third-party link is done at your own risk.

4.2 Advertisements on User Profiles
We reserve the right to display advertisements, promotions, and sponsored content across the day.my platform. This includes placing advertisements directly on your user profile, alongside your daily updates, and around your "Link in Bio". You acknowledge and agree that day.my may place such advertisements without any obligation to provide you with notice, compensation, or a share of the advertising revenue.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain full ownership of the original content you post. You give day.my a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on your page and in public platform listings, such as an Explore page. Do not post any content, images, or materials that you do not have the legal right to share.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from posting, linking to, or engaging in:

• Illegal and Malicious Activity: Illegal content, scams, phishing attempts, malware links, or interference with the platform’s operation via bots or scrapers.
• Harassment and Hate: Harassment, hate speech, defamation, or threats of violence against individuals or protected groups.
• Explicit Content: Sexual content involving minors (CSAM), non-consensual intimate content (NCII), or explicit pornography.
• Deception: Impersonating another person or brand, or falsely stating your affiliation.
• Spam: Spam, unauthorized commercial distribution, or misleading links.

7. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

We maintain the right to moderate the platform at our sole discretion. We may hide pages, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Once terminated, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and your content or links may be permanently deleted.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The day.my service is provided on an “as is” and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, day.my and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continuing to use day.my after an update goes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
